Alexandros Tzannis was born in 1979 in Athens. He graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts and the Academie der Bilderkunst in Vienna and completed postgraduate studies at Goldsmiths College of Arts. She creates sculptural works and drawings using a variety of materials. His work combines figurative and abstract elements, symbolic features, decorative and allegorical associations. He has participated in a number of solo and group exhibitions including Lulea Biennale, Sweden (2018), Kadist, Paris (2017), State of Concept, Athens (2017), Palais de Tokyo, Paris (2012), Athens Biennale (2009). Lives and works in Athens.
