Blue bells

Jens Jensen was born in 1940 in Frankfurt and has been working with printmaking and painting in parallel for years. He first studied drawing and painting in Berlin and then printmaking at Stanley W. Hayter's "Atelier 17" in Paris in 1972. He studied lithography with Clot, Bramsen and George and attended Jacques de Champfleury's lithography seminar "A fleur de Pierre". He participated in the Venice Biennale (Attualita internationali '72-'76), the Valparaiso Biennale (Chile 1986), the 7th Seoul International Print Biennial in South Korea in 1990, group exhibitions at Galerie Onnasche in Berlin, Braunstein/Quay Gallery in San Francisco, Gallerie Marion Mayer in Paris, and other international exhibitions.
