Birdman

Andras Karakas was born in 1948. In 1970-71 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest under the guidance of Jenő Barcsay. From 1971 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Frankfurt and stayed there for a long time, working in the field of graphic design and as a teacher. His work was honoured with many awards. In 1985 he returned to Hungary, where he lived until the end of his life in 2008.
