He is a PhD candidate at the Department of Visual and Applied Arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Marios Fournaris' works - sculptural constructions, installations - are sometimes the result of a spontaneous creative production and sometimes a reflection on everyday, political and social issues, balancing between symbolism and contrasts. He has presented his artistic and theoretical work in six solo exhibitions and numerous group exhibitions, as well as in workshops, residencies and conferences, while he has curated and participated in intercultural projects such as Musing For The Wild -SKG Bridges Festival 2019 (MOMus Thessaloniki Experimental Arts Centre, May 2019), etc. Since 2019 he is a member of the group SHARE THE PERAMA, participating in a series of artistic projects.
