Κ. ΜεντουνέτσκιBorn in Moscow, 1899, died in Moscow, 1934. He studied at the Stroganov Art School in Moscow from 1914 to 1917 and attended the First State Free Studios (1st Svomas) in 1918- 19. He was a founder member of Obmokhu (Society of Young Artists) group in 1919 and was represented at their exhibitions. Became a member of Inkhuh in 1920. In January 1922 he exhibited constructions with Georgii and Vladimir Stenberg at the Poet’s Cafe in Moscow under the title Constructivists. He visited Germany and Paris with the Kamerny (Chamber) Theater, 1923. He contributed to the First Russian Art Exhibition, 1922, Berlin, to the First Discussional Exhibition of the Associations of Active Revolutionary Art, 1924, Moscow, to the Exposition des Arts Decoratifs, 1925, Paris. From 1923 he became a poster designer and worked as designer for several theatres.
