Το έργο της Πέννυς Δίκα-Κορνέττη χαρακτηρίζεται από θεματολογική και τεχνοτροπική ποικιλία που έχει ως αφετηρία προσωπικά ερεθίσματα. Το πορτραίτο που απεικονίζεται στο έργο «Χωρίς τίτλο» χαρακτηρίζεται από εξπρεσιονιστικά και αντινατουραλιστικά στοιχεία με έντονη την αφαιρετική διάθεση ενώ βασικό χαρακτηριστικό της σύνθεσης αποτελούν και τα έντονα χρώματα.

Penny Dika-Korneti was born in 1945 in Katerini. During the period 1965-1968 she studied graphic arts at the Athens Technological Institute, in the workshop of A. Tassos, with professors P. Gravalos and H. Dekoulakos. He then did postgraduate studies in the textile workshop of Ingrid Pöhler at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich (1965-1971). He has been involved in painting since 1974. She worked as a teacher at the Doxiadis School in Athens and at the 'Euclid' School in Thessaloniki and also worked as a graphic designer. She has been awarded in national competitions and her works can be found in museums and public institutions. She lives and works in Thessaloniki.
